(hereinafter also HOTEL LA LAGUNA) we have updated our Privacy Policy to bring it into line with the new European (Regulation 2016/679) and national (L.O. 3/2018) regulations. What data we collect

The data provided to us by users of our website or of the various social networks on which we maintain a professional profile may respond to different needs, all of which are easily identifiable depending on the context. Withdrawal of Consent

In cases where the legal basis for the processing of our users’ personal data has been consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time and in the simplest manner. If it was easy to send us your consent via the form or via email or click, it will be equally easy to withdraw your consent, via the same means: an email addressed to dpo@hotellalaguna.com

Storage Period

Here we will indicate for how long it is the intention of HOTEL LA LAGUNA to store the personal data of the users of our online services.

There is no uniform storage period, because the treatments and purposes are different and varied. In any case, the entity will always follow the following rules:

  • For contractual data: the time limit, in this case, is set by the applicable law on the matter. Generally, the entity will keep the user's data until the eventual prescription of contractual liability actions (generally, ten years);
  • For contact data: the limit will be 10 years, counted from the last interaction between the user and the entity. Automated Decisions

“Automated Decisions” means those decisions taken by the Data Controller, without human intervention and based on personal data provided by the user, either manually (for example, by filling in a form) or through the study of the user’s browsing habits.

HOTEL LA LAGUNA informs that it does not take any automated decision, through the analysis of its users’ navigation habits, be it of the Website or of social network profiles.

Recipients of the Information

HOTEL LA LAGUNA in no case transfers the data of the users of the Website and their social network profiles to any company. The entity may count, from time to time, on external collaborators, these relationships always being protected through a Processing Assignment contract.

Right of access:
