At Hotel La Laguna we have worked to adapt ourself to the current situation and provide you with maximum security and flexibility. For this reason we have implemented all the necessary measures so anyone, whether for business or leisure, can stay camly and be able to enjoy a safe stay in this privileged spot in Costa Blanca. Disinfection and cleaning works of all facilities prior to the opening, following the guidelines and directives of the Ministry of Health to carry out the treatments. Installation of screens in receptions desks to guarantee the safety distance
Sanitization certificate for products, and disinfection methods approved by the Ministry of Health for the elimination of viruses and bacteria, and effective against Covid-19 in accordance with the UNE-EN 14476 + A1 standard
Room cleaning and disinfection protocols COVID-FREE: by using certified biocide products in the cleaning processes also during washing and disinfecting bedding and towels with hot water (+ 70ºC) and detergent.
Additional installation of disinfectant dispensers and update of the informative posters for hand washing in frequent contact places (reception entrances to cafeteria and restaurant, elevators, doors, etc.)
Limited capacity in the facilities conditioned for restoration, with a bigger distance between tables in terraces, gardens and cafeteria. Breakfast service now at the table by waiters. Disinfection of tableware, utensils and kitchen tools with certified biocide products and hot water (+ 70ºC).
SPA La Laguna resumes its activity for both guests and people not staying at the hotel from July 1. To enjoy the SPA circuit and its services (massages, treatments, hairdressing, etc.) it will be mandatory to make your reservation in advance due to the reduced capacity.
Ozone disinfection of our facilities and common areas
The hotel pool area is open from July 1 for our guests with all the hygienic and disinfecting measures of both the facilities, furniture and the pool water itself. Access to the outdoor pool will be controlled in order to not exceed the established capacity limit.
