1) The first step to book your holiday at Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf is to request your Bono Viaje Comunitat Valenciana.
This is done online through the link to process with a certificate:
The processing comprises five steps:
- You must have over 18 and registered in a municipality of the Valencian Community.
- Fill out the application.
- Attach the necessary documentation.
- Review the documentation and the application, since once it is sent, it can’t be modified.
- Save. An electronically signed proof of registration will be provided to serve as identification

The periods for the enjoyment of the vouchers are the travel voucher Comunitat Valenciana on a stay between 17 January to 31 May 2022 and from 19 September to 22 December 2022. You have 7 days to book from the time you get the code.

- Your preferred date of stay, remember that it is a minimum of 2 nights, between 17/01/2022 to 31/05/2022 and 19/9/2022 to 22/12/2022.
- The number of adults and/or children in your booking.
- Type of room and number of rooms (if more than one).
- The services you want to hire: Half board or treatments in our Spa. We can send you a list of treatments, ask us for it!
- Give us the code of your Comunitat Valenciana travel voucher so that we can register it and you can use it with us.
- The last step…is to pack your bags! We are waiting for you.
3) Very important! Remember that both the invoice and the remaining payment of the subsidy must be made with a credit/debit card of the same holder as the Comunitat Valenciana travel voucher.
